01
What is MORVUNO’s minimum order quantity?
The standard starting point is 200 pieces per style. A style is a distinct garment design and specification, not a promise that any mix of colors, sizes or decorations is feasible at that quantity. We review the full assortment, material minimums and production method before confirming a quote.
02
What is the difference between OEM, ODM and private label?
OEM usually starts with a buyer-defined specification. ODM typically includes more product-development input from the manufacturing partner. Private label refers to branding the finished product with your own labels and packaging. These terms do not replace a detailed scope: fabric, pattern ownership, approvals, testing and responsibilities should be agreed for each project.
03
Do I need a complete tech pack before contacting you?
No. You may begin with a tech pack, a reference garment or image, or an early idea. A more complete pack can make feasibility and costing clearer, but an initial review can also identify the missing decisions before sampling.
04
What information makes a clothing production quote more useful?
Share the product type, reference images or drawings, intended fabric and weight, quantity by style and color, size range, decoration, labels, packaging, target delivery and destination country. If a requirement is unknown, say so; it can then be treated as an open point rather than an assumed specification.
05
How are samples related to bulk production?
A sample is a decision point for fit, construction, material, decoration and finish. The approved sample and written specifications should become the reference for bulk production. Any change after approval may affect cost, timing or the need for another sample.
06
Why can two 200-piece orders have different prices?
Fabric sourcing minimums, construction complexity, artwork setup, trims, size and color splits, testing, packing and timing all affect the work behind each piece. Quantity alone is not a complete price model.
07
What are the sampling fees, payment terms and lead times?
These are set in the written quote and order for the specific product. The sample scope and revisions, price and currency, payment milestones, production schedule and shipping basis must be confirmed before work is authorized. We do not promise a universal fee, deposit percentage or turnaround time on this website.
08
When is a production order confirmed?
Sending an inquiry does not reserve capacity or create an order. Scope, specifications and sample references, quantities, price, payment, schedule, inspection and delivery need written agreement before they are treated as production commitments.
09
What does quality control cover?
A useful quality plan starts with agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the project, checks may cover incoming materials, an approved pre-production reference, critical in-process operations, finished measurements, appearance, labeling and packing. The actual inspection plan must be agreed for the order.
010
Can I request an NDA or a factory visit?
Both requests have dedicated forms. An NDA needs an identified signing entity and agreed document before confidential files are shared. A factory visit depends on identity confirmation, availability and site access approval; a request is not an automatic booking.
