Privacy notice

How MORVUNO handles information submitted by business visitors through this website and related correspondence.

Effective date: 8 October 2026. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@morvuno.com.

1. Who this notice covers

MORVUNO (莫凡诺; referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this notice) operates this B2B custom clothing manufacturing website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. We are based in Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. This notice covers visits to this website and information sent through its quote, NDA-request and factory-visit forms, as well as related email replies. It does not cover another company’s website or its own privacy practices.

For questions about this notice or your information, contact MORVUNO at sales@morvuno.com. We do not publish a precise factory street address on this site; visit directions are provided after an appointment is confirmed.

2. Information we receive

  • Contact and business details: name, company, country, business website, email and any WhatsApp number you choose to provide.
  • Project information: garment type, quantity range, development stage, fabric and construction preferences, target date, destination country, visit dates, message content and related correspondence.
  • Files you upload: tech packs, drawings, references, photos and other permitted attachments. Files may contain personal information or third-party intellectual property that you include.
  • Technical and security information: request data such as IP address and browser details handled by our hosting and anti-abuse providers, Turnstile verification results, and the language or admin-session cookies described below.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or material that requires a signed NDA in an initial form submission. The website does not ask for payment-card details.

3. Why we use it

We use submitted details to assess your request, discuss feasibility, prepare a project-specific response or quote, arrange an NDA discussion or factory visit, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical data to operate the website, prevent automated abuse and protect access to the inquiry system.

Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, we process inquiry details to take steps you request before a potential business contract, and rely on our legitimate interest in responding to B2B requests and securing the service where appropriate. A later production contract or legal obligation may require additional processing, which would be explained in the relevant documents. We do not use these forms to enroll you in marketing emails or sell your information.

Required form fields are needed to identify and respond to a request; optional fields help us evaluate it. If required details are not supplied, we may be unable to respond. Turnstile screens for automated abuse, but it does not make a decision about whether we will accept your manufacturing project. There is no solely automated decision about a person with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Providers and recipients

Cloudflare hosts the website and its inquiry database, stores uploaded files in a private R2 bucket, provides Turnstile verification, and routes mail sent to our business address. Brevo delivers the customer confirmation and sales-notification emails generated by a request. Google provides the inbox that receives forwarded sales messages. Authorized MORVUNO staff can view inquiries and download attachments through the restricted admin area.

We may share relevant project details with a production, quality or logistics partner only when needed to evaluate or carry out an agreed project, and may disclose information when required by law. We do not publish your files or customer identity as a case study without separate permission.

5. International processing

MORVUNO operates from China and works with international customers. Authorized staff in China may access your inquiry, and our infrastructure and email providers may process information in countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from those where you live. If you need information about the arrangements applicable to your information before sending personal data or files, contact us at sales@morvuno.com. This notice does not represent that a particular transfer mechanism applies to every submission.

6. Storage, security and retention

Inquiry details are stored in Cloudflare D1; uploaded files are stored in a non-public Cloudflare R2 bucket. The admin area requires authentication, and files are served through an authenticated download route. Email copies are also held by the delivery and inbox providers. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The website cannot determine whether a project became an order through later conversations. Staff record the last client contact and mark inquiries that did not proceed as unsuccessful. Those inquiries are flagged for manual review 30 days after the last recorded contact. Staff may then delete the inquiry record and its uploaded files in the restricted admin area and must separately clear related forwarded email copies from the sales inbox. Deletion is not automatic, and the 30-day review point is not a guarantee that every record or provider copy is erased on that date. Active projects, agreed production orders, legal record-keeping duties and disputes may require longer retention. If you want to request deletion of your information, email us at sales@morvuno.com.

7. Cookies and similar technology

The site uses a language-preference cookie to remember a chosen language. The restricted admin area uses an authentication cookie. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or browser signals, and its Turnstile component is loaded on submission forms to check for automated abuse. We have not added advertising pixels or an analytics service to this website. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. Email sales@morvuno.com with your request; we may need to verify that you are entitled to the information before responding. These rights can have legal exceptions, including where records must be retained.

This is a business website and is not directed to children. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact us so we can review it.

9. Changes

We may update this notice as our website or handling practices change. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice where applicable law requires it.
