1. About this website
MORVUNO (莫凡诺; referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms) operates this website for businesses exploring custom clothing development and manufacturing. It is not a retail store: there is no online checkout, immediate purchase or automatic acceptance of a production order. Questions may be sent to sales@morvuno.com.
2. Inquiries are not orders
You may start with a tech pack, product reference or idea. Submitting a form, receiving an automatic confirmation or speaking with us does not create a binding quote, reserve production capacity, form a manufacturing contract or create an NDA. We may ask for more information before determining feasibility.
Our standard starting point is 200 pieces per style. Feasibility, color and size splits, material minimums, price, sample charges, payment milestones, dates, inspection criteria, delivery terms and any other commercial conditions are confirmed for the actual project in a written quote or order. Do not rely on general website content as a promise that a particular specification, price or delivery date is available.
3. Separate production documents
A production relationship requires mutually accepted documents identifying the parties, product specification and approved sample, quantities, price and currency, payment, change process, quality and inspection criteria, delivery basis and other relevant terms. If a written quote, pro forma invoice, purchase order or signed agreement is accepted for a project, those project documents govern the order to the extent they apply. This website does not replace them.
Any proposed changes to an agreed product or schedule should be confirmed in writing. Costs already committed, cancellation rights and remedies must be addressed in the project documents; this website does not impose a universal deposit forfeiture, tolerance, claims deadline or liability cap.
4. Materials you send us
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share artwork, logos, tech packs, photos and other project materials. You retain your rights in those materials. By sending them, you allow us to use them as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your request; a later order may set out further rights and responsibilities. Do not submit unlawful material or information you are not authorized to disclose.
If you need contractual confidentiality protection, request an NDA and wait until the correct parties have signed an agreed document before sharing material that requires it. Sending a form or a file alone does not establish an NDA. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.
5. Website content and permitted use
The MORVUNO name, site design, text, images and media may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to this site for legitimate business evaluation. Do not copy, republish or commercially exploit site content without permission, or interfere with the site, its security controls or another visitor’s use. Do not attempt unauthorized access to the admin area or submit malware or abusive traffic.
Product descriptions, resources and process explanations are general guidance. Any linked third-party site has its own terms and practices; a link is not an endorsement or a statement that we control it.
6. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep information current, but may update or remove pages and may interrupt the website for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided without a guarantee that it is complete or suitable for a particular order. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Obligations for an accepted production project belong in its written documents.
7. Disputes and changes
If a concern arises from using the website, contact sales@morvuno.com so it can be reviewed. Rights and remedies relating to website use are governed by applicable law; simply browsing this website or sending an inquiry does not create an agreed exclusive court or arbitration forum. The governing law and dispute procedure for a manufacturing order should be specified in the accepted project documents.
We may update these website terms and their effective date on this page, with additional notice where required by law. These terms are not a signed manufacturing agreement.
